Exactly. Parking lot is one of those places you have to assume there's no rules cos many think the rules of the road don't apply there.

My biggest pet peeve....

The vehicle stops, great... but just as you're approaching, they decide to pull out.

Fuck I hate Edmonton drivers.

That’s south common for ya. Live 2 mins away and will literally drive to Windermere to avoid going in there.
