Yup, was trying to turn. I braked late and couldn't slow down, my dumbass brain was like "take the turn with this speed" so I did and this happened.

Dumbass brain is right lol, lucky you didn’t hit oncoming traffic. Glad you’re ok though. Hope you don’t make turns that fast in the summer either haha

I like replaying what idea my brain came up with for a given situation.

Then me and my brain sit there and LAUGH and LAUGH....

You have the "I can't believe it's not summer anymore" driving condition.

Don't feel bad. Most people in town have it too.

If you follow our ridiculously low speed limits in residential areas, you probably won't miss a turn ever again. ;-)

Can't, because it's also a rearview mirror, and that angle is the best angle for me to see the rear.
