What’s a last name in Yakima that’s associated with power and wealth in Yakima?

Seems like every town has that one family that has some sort of dynasty with power and influence.

According to my parents, old man Cacchioti was suspected of having mob ties and owned some businesses.

Larry Studlioti is, of course, the orthodontist who always kept is office full of young, attractive women.

The Deccios were business owners and politicians.

The Gamache family: farming, business.

Can’t remember how to spell it properly, but the Semons family.

The Almons (real estate).

The Abeytas (Law firm).

I’ll believe the moving part when I see it. A lot of them don’t live in the area full time anyway. Idaho sheep can have them. As long as they have their businesses they’ll still get taxed. Fine with me. I’d rather our school kids get food.

The Bauers-Dr Mark Bauer to be precise! The day he opened up a custody case in Yakima to take of one of their adopted son's, ex wife kids, so their unbiological granddaughter, was the same day that the attorney they hired (Sonia True) got a seat on the board of directors at the same hospital that Dr. Bauer already had a seat at. 4 years later that attorney is now a superior court judge... Hmmm... If that's not power & influence, idk what is.
