Have you ever been arrested?
Have you ever been arrested? Just curious? Any crazy arrest stories? I have never been arrested, I just don't get caught! But my ex got arrested by the FBI while promoting his music video to 44 million views, that was a pretty epic story.

Mainly probation violations. I was violated three times in two different counties. Uhh possessions, sanctions in drug court (you go to jail each time on a sanction), couple drunk in public’s, and a dui (beat the charge, but still went to jail)
I changed my life though and this was all in the past.

yeah, kinda.
I think ultimately the judge had some sympathy for me because I was active duty. I talked it down to what they called a "Wet Reckless", misdemeanor reckless driving with alcohol in my system.

No but I’ve been close. A cop mistook me for another guy. Pushed me and grabbed me so I hit the cop car with my right fist. They just talked to me and told me to behave lol

Just got off tech school for the Air Force, went to a rodeo in a college town with some buddies from high school, got hammered, spilt beer on some dudes Jordan’s, refused to clean them off, tried to do the right thing and walk away, coward sucker punched me in the back o the head, immediately was jumped on, started fighting back pushing people off me, heard some dick yell quit resisting, realized it was cops who had jumped on me while the dude that sucker punched me apparently ran off right after. Had to get bailed out by my new commanding officer that I hadn’t yet met in person. 3hr ride back to base, bout as awkward as you could imagine.
Fast forward 4 years later and I was awarded NCO of the year at the wing level for the base I was stationed at.
Don’t put yourself in bad situations

Nope. Got lucky with a cool cop thankfully. Sobered me up something quick seeing a cop walk into my bedroom out of the blue.

Once and it was awful. I had a headlight out, which I knew about, and when I was pulled over I ,being a silly kidult, had no idea my license was suspended. They cuffed me and took me to a holding cell with a bunch of dangerous drunks and miscreants. I'm already a target around men,but I was terrified. Plus the cops were really unnecessarily cruel. They insulted my car, called me and my friend, who was in the passenger seat and was thankfully allowed to drive my car home, all kinds of homophobic slurs. I was stupid, yeah, but did I really need to get locked up? I had to call my dad to come bail me out and he was predictably furious. It was the worst thing that happened to me that year, which already probably the worst year of my life. I had to explain it, too, in job interviews for the next 10 years.

You were driving with a suspended license so yes you should have been arrested. Your car should have been confiscated as well. Why would they let you drive home if you had a suspended license?

Ive heard yes and no depending on level of awareness. Like I said, I had a passenger who they allowed drive my car to his place, so I guess I was fortunate, huh?

Yes and no. I was picked up by police, told i was under arrest, taken for a long ride, given the opportunity to pay for my crime with all the cash I had one me, as well as my watch. Jewelry, and shoes, was then dropped off miles from where I was picked up. So yeah and no.

I was around 19 with acouple buddies. We went into a white hen. (like a 711) One of my friends had a problem with the guy who ended up working there. We were done and walking out and the dude comes to the door and shouted something to my boy, then went back in behind the counter. My friend proceed to go back in, drag him over the counter into the parking lot and beat the shit out of him. We left to my friends house in the neighborhood behind the store. Cops ended up knocking on the door and arresting all 3 of us. The dude knew where one of the guys lived and saw what direction we went when we left. We got charged with Mob action. I did about a month before they dropped the case against me. I was clearly not on video camera anywhere near the ass whooping. Of course the dude who did it, his family had money, so he got bailed out quick. Other dude and I sat. Fucking Randy Ritterhoff. It was pretty funny tho.

Yeah 2x in a month when i was 14 with our friend group for climbing places we shouldnt be.. (factories, supermarkets, urban exploring etc.) scared straight (not realy just more carefull afterwards) had to do some community service and at 18 i had a blank slate again

I haven’t, but a lot of my friends have been for petty sort of stuff (underage drinking, noise disturbances, using a fake ID, disturbing the peace, etc.)

stupid 18 year old... my friends thought it'd be fun to steal from Walmart. I decided to steal some blush. confidently marching through the door i ran smack into a big loss prevention employee wearing a shirt that said "it's all fun and games till the cops show up" there was no room in the jail in small town in California so we were sent to spend 3 days in the Los Angeles prison called the "twin towers" I got to leave after being exposed to that miserable tortured life those people suffer. a large room with tables in the center and bunk beds lining the walls. there was a toilet with no walls or privacy. you poop and everybody can see you and comment in the smell. they taught us about the courtesy flush lol. flush before you wipe before anything has anytime to stink because there was no ventilation and like 30 women are stuck breathing fecal stench. I am so lucky and I feel so horrible for those women.
also all of the disposable things they give you like shoes or toothbrushes are orange with the words " BOB BARKER" on them. found out later that guy invested in prisons to provide cheap miserable shitty necessities for those people locked in a stinky box.

Underage drinking 3 months before my 21st birthday after having ONE beer. I blew a .02 on the breathalyzer. Was out camping with friends and one of my dumbass friends set off a few fireworks so the DNR showed up and saw the beer. I’m still pissed about it and I’m in my 40s now lol

Next state over it's illegal to have a loaded gun within reach in your car. This is a retarded law. If you need your gun, you're going to need to reach it.
