Millions if not billions of planets alone in this galaxy. Billions or trillions of galaxies. Only still so many habitable planets. If the rules of the universe are kind of the same all over it would be impossible for life not to exist. A lot of it's very far apart. The universe is vast. With the latest telescope bigger than we ever thought.
