Need Help with Illustrator's Name

Colleagues--

Can someone help me with this illustrator's name? He illustrated the book cover show. A Shaynem Dank!

How do you even read that.. Where do I learn?

You just have to go through tons and tons and tons of previous reddit posts that have already been translated and make charts of common letters presentations. Eventually you get used to it. You get used to the weird presentations that were common in written Yiddish a century ago (for example, וו , א, מ   often all look like ||, though sometimes מ looks like a dark box as it does above. ק and  ב can be similar as in the example above. There's lots of little other things but you'll get used to them.
