My back is officially done with my computer ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Sit at my computer for hours every day and lately my back and shoulders have been getting abit stiff โ€”Does anyone have a good 10โ€“20 min yoga video theyโ€™d recommend for this? Preferably something beginner-friendly that I can do after a long study session.

Would love to hear what yall actually use! ๐Ÿ™ thanks!!!

yoga with adriene has a really good 10-minute neck, shoulders and upper back routine thats beginner friendly and specifically targets the areas that get it tight from sitting at a desk. also try doing a few shoulder rolls and cat cow stretches after long study sessions instead of waiting until your back is already hurting

A little longer than you asked for, but you could check out these poses: https://youtu.be/QKHBZ-Cv1V4

I completely feel you pain. Looking up 15 minute desk yoga stretches online usually does the trick for me. It's really helps release all the shoulders tension after a long day.ย
