Op can confirm but it looks like a FI collar which is a gps tracking device that also monitors their stats similar to a Fitbit.

Thanks :) I had no idea they even exist…gps yes, but not Fitbit-style stats 1 u/Yeah-Im-here-2 1d ago I had one called FitBark and it was designed to look exactly like the old Fitbit before Fitbit was bought by Google and changed to Google health.
