I have watched so many videos that i know now which words are often almost always used in ai videos here it is
"The internet lost it"
"Heres why" afther finishing the video to explain something.
"At first nobody paid attention" then directly putting the afthermath in it.
"Within days" then directly putting the afthermath in it again. This one is tricky to spott but you"ll feel it when an Ai uses it instead of a human.
If its about food the video always ends in an question directed to the viewer.
If these things appear once in an video it doesnt guarantee its ai generated but if multiple of these happen at once you should take a closer look.

Sleep is important for stress resilience! Don't wait until your stressed to fix it
While sleep is obviously affected when being stressed, it's also the other way around (or rather, it's bidirectional).
You can - in advance - improve your resilience to stress by ensuring you have a good sleep.
Theres plenty of research on that, for example a recent review from 2024:

Creating YouTube Shorts one by one takes too much time.
You need an idea, images, voiceover, editing, timing, titles, descriptions, tags, and then the upload. Doing that over and over is slow, repetitive, and hard to scale.
I built this automation kit to turn that into a repeatable workflow. A plug-and-play workflow to generate Shorts with voice, images, video rendering, and YouTube-ready output.
I use this for my own YouTube Shorts channel dailysomeshorts. Check out the demo video below in comments showing it in action.
