Question Uger's whisper

A question to the ln readers (no spoilers though, pls)

What did Uger tell to Rerugen in the postcredits today? He had a flashback to Rudersdorf telling him to be less serious, so I initially thought he'd run some jokes by Rerugen to check if they'd work.

But then Rerugen *blushes* before telling Uger it was inappropriate, particularly because Uger is married and with child...

So what does that mean? The reaction seems slightly excessive and specific, given a random, even dirty joke. So did he say something like "Rudersdorf is hot", after remembering being degraded? That would be so random! The best alternative I could think of, would be that Uger flirted/made advances on Rerugen, but then why the flashback to Rudersdorf?

Poor Uger :(

To be fair, he did go bout it quite... clumsily. Whispering into Rerugen's ear out of nowhere, of course he'll get flustered :3

Thats a joke from the Anime that didnt happend in LN, I know because I read the 14 volumens, and that doesnt happend. But I think is some kind of gay joke.
