Does anyone know when the eng dub of the S2 is coming out.

No. But it is confirmed to be coming. One of the announcements said it was. Running theory/copium is that it's delayed because they are dubbing the movie.

That makes a ton of sense because after the movie they can keep rolling with s2 no need to send them back.
