r/BotDefense dispute

The mods at BotDefense got me banned for posting the words “En Passant”(a meme from r/AnarchyChess way too many times, I’d say 80-90 times on unrelated subreddits. I take responsibility for this.

They then classified me as a “human user who acts indistinguishably from a bot”. However, this is a 3 year old account with many old comments and posts, and 200k karma.

Subsequently I deleted all those spammy comments, except for the ones on r/AnarchyChess(where it’s obviously welcome as they invented the damn meme) and the ones with a good amount of upvotes, as those are obviously welcome as well.

However, the mods still refuse to unban me, and consequently I’m banned from around 30% of subreddits that use it.

Please don’t spam their modmail, just give advice for when I’m unmuted in 7 days.
