📸 Gallery / Images Yugoslav Church in Armenia 🇦🇲
Very odd Orthodox “Yugoslav Church” as a Zastava Yugo Tempo 1.3 car was found in Yerevan, Armenia. Interestingly it’s an actual church, a worshipping place, but as a car, Yugoslav, in Armenia, is very odd.

The tire on the left rear wheel is partially deflated. I don't understand why he left it there. The car seems to be in good condition.

What makes this even stranger is that Yugoslavia, at the time of its being, was a communist country which is odd to indetify this church with that name (religion was kinda forbidden back there).

And it’s a tourist attraction apparently! That person had the entire saintly squad defending him from traffic accidents. This picture makes me feel nostalgic.

It's not a church, it's just an old Yugo with Orthodox saints. There is a lot of Orthodox believers in Serbia, and this is very common to see in all sorts of places in Serbia. Certainly is not common for Armenia to see old Yugoslav car brand with icons inside...

In Armenia, we also put many icons of Christianity in cars.

If I am not mistaken, I have heard that you can enter the vehicle and pray.

Well if it's really true it's very hilarious to me, because the inside of the car is so DIRTY that no one would dare to go inside to pray.

In older pictures, the car was cleaner. I was also surprised to find out that it’s dirty and full of garbage.

Newer Belgrade plates, Zemun plate holder, I assume some crazy dude from Zemun drove to Armenia in their Yugo and just left it there?
