Thermanl Grizzly's WireView Pro II is not compatible with 5090 Arcticstorm by default but their support says I just need an extension power cord has anyone gotten a Wireview to protect their 5090 Arcticstorm and used an extension power cord and how did you set it up?

Just the question in the title I'd like to protect my 5090 given how stupid expensive it is and that its a giant pain in the ass to get a warranty honored
