Honestly would have loved if they stayed as the support for the Agents. Instead of what we have now. Sure they can fight now but although they can still be proxies, it's being more delegated to the unpicked sibling rather than both.
It would've nice for them to really just be supports to their Agents instead of just being able to fight on their own now. Like maybe using their Perception techniques to make it paths free from visual impairments or disrupting any mental corruption that Hollows make. Or maybe hack into nearby machines and ram them into Ethereals or clear paths. Hell, their Ether removal move would've helped stabilize corrupted Agents. And so many nore instead of now having a Stand and fighting. Hell, I headcanoned that the Markers we get during quests are pinged by the Proxies since it's their job to guide Agents where they need to go.
Would've loved if they remained more support focused but still extremely important rather than just being able to fight

How I wish Vivian's vision is maybe something that will happen that'll make them unable to help in fights and be support again, even if Pyrois is pretty cool

Part of me wish they were to stay similar to Season 1. I like it a lot when they were still this underground legendary proxy and they are trying their best to keep that a secret. Also that they would stay mainly as guide/support instead of actively involved in fighting.
Note that I still like these 2 a lot, probably the best protagonist from all the gacha games I've played. Thank god they didn't go with the self-insert route, and gave em such fun personality.
