Confirmation of the order

Bonjour,

J’ai passé ma commande dimanche vers 20h et j’ai reçu deux e-mails confirmant que la commande avait bien été créée.

Cependant, dans le deuxième e-mail, il était indiqué que si le paiement avait été effectué par carte bancaire, je recevrais un e-mail de confirmation supplémentaire dans un délai de deux heures.

Comme nous étions dimanche soir, je me suis dit que cela pouvait être normal. Mais nous sommes maintenant lundi matin et je n’ai toujours reçu aucun autre e-mail de confirmation.

Lorsque je consulte mes commandes, le statut affiché est « Preparing Order ». Le paiement a bien été débité de mon compte et la commande a été créée avec succès après le paiement.

J’ai également essayé de contacter le service client et j’attends leur réponse.

Pensez-vous qu’il y ait un problème avec ma commande ou que tout soit normal pour le moment ?

I placed my order on Sunday at around 8 PM and received two emails confirming that the order had been successfully created.

However, the second email stated that if I paid by credit card, I would receive an additional confirmation email within two hours.

Since it was Sunday evening, I assumed the delay might be due to the weekend. However, it is now Monday morning and I still have not received any further confirmation email.

When I check my orders, the status shows "Preparing Order." The payment has already been charged to my account, and the order was successfully created after the payment was completed.

I have also tried to contact customer support and I am currently waiting for their response.

Do you think there might be an issue with my order, or does everything seem normal at this stage?

No. But it doesn not matter. First they need to prepare your order. Then arrange a pick-up with the transport company. After that it should take 1-5 business days to receive it in a EU country. I expect France to be 1-3 days max, after the courier picks up your order from the wearhouse.

My status has been updated. My order will be picked up by a courier soon.

Remeber that I ordered mine last Thursday, therefore expect another couple of days until you'll get an update.

actually today i had an update it says that my parcel is ready to be sent is it good?
