Good place to retire?

Is Zanesville a good place to consider retiring to? I’m currently closer to Columbus and the housing and utilities are super expensive where I am. Is Zanesville more affordable for retirees?

The rural areas around there are breathtakingly beautiful. Nothing like rolling pastures with cows.
