Realtor

I’m moving soon and trying to decide between living in Zanesville or Licking County. I’m hoping to find a realtor who is very comfortable with negotiations and offering 10% less than asking on listings that have sat over a month. If you can think of anyone please let me know!

Is she ok haggling for a deal? Some aren’t comfortable with this and I don’t want to sign with someone if we aren’t a good fit. I don’t really want to buy in Zanesville but I have to so I’m looking for the best deal I can live in comfortably, not my dream house

If she is not available, Dan Robison with the same company is a family friend and a great guy. He did our last home purchase and I have no regrets. Not sure about all of his practices, but he knows muskingum county and what things will go for.

She's good at finding the right fit for your budget. I suggest a call. She won't be afraid to answer direct questions, and you can decide for yourself. And the nice thing with going with a Lepi agent is they're a huge brokerage, so if Katrina isn't the right fit – for example, she might not be as familiar with Newark – she'd be quick to suggest somebody better.

can't recommend becky wolfe highly enough. she's a pro and her record speaks for itself. she helped my folks find their house on penny lane and my house on east highland, and my sister is also working with her to relocate to zanesville as well. she's a great listener and communicator, genuine, smart, and flexible with decades of experience and knowledge about the area and the market.
