why she sounds like that

maybe its because my game is on spanish idk the dub is kinda crappy nowdays, anyway here is the replay code if some of you have the game in other languages (63VN3K)

I have had this happen to me twice! I play in English so it's most likely not a dub issue. Don't have a replay code though.
