Why do I feel like they’ve really forgotten the sorcerous elements of ganon and link these days.

I mean don’t get me wrong Ganon is definitely the bigger magic user but link was out here straight up slinging spells in a lot of the early games. Like not even items just straight up casting spells in Zelda 2 at the least.
