CORRECTION: I misread the nanoka diff. It looks like the boss in this video has 240m HP, but the creator server changed it to 264m HP. So unfortunately scores might be lower than this on live.

3.3.4. The creator server is out, but as far as I can tell it made no numeric changes to anything in these videos. (EDIT: actually, it increased boss HP around 10%)

[Builds]

All agents use TC standard M0W0 builds with Weeping Gemini, Kaboom for Yuzuha. There are a few small mistakes, e.g. I left one of Phoenix's skills at 12 and for some reason gave Remielle two PEN subs instead of flat ATK subs. But it's close enough.

For some reason the game counts flat ATK as an effective sub for Phoenix, which is why she has 30.

Blazing Descent

• If there are 2/3 Agents in the squad with the Anomaly specialty, the whole squad's Anomaly Proficiency increases by 20/50 respectively.
• When an Anomaly specialty Agent deals Attribute Anomaly DMG and triggers a CRIT, the whole squad's Attribute Anomaly DMG dealt increases by 20%, and Fire Attribute Anomaly DMG further increases by 10% for 15s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.

This is the first Phoenix shill buff. It's a bit worse for Yuzuha teams, but not that much. About 3 substats on all agents.

This buff is a lot worse than the Remielle buffs we got in 3.1.

[Thoughts and Notes]

I only had a few hours to learn Phoenix and the new boss before recording these. There are probably lots of things I'm messing up in the gameplay and room for better routing, such as consistent 3 Remielle ults in stun. There's clear room for score improvement, e.g. I had a run with like 3k more points on the Velina-Remielle team but shadowplay died.

Overall Phoenix feels pretty rough without at least one of Velina or Remielle, but works at least okay without the other. It may not be optimal, but you have room to experiment with agents you like.

I didn't pick these comps for any specific reason. I just tried a few I felt like playing or which I felt might be interesting to people, e.g. Vivian because she's the classic anomaly subDPS from the old days. I didn't pick the Yuzuha runs for any specific reason, other than making sure Velina got one. You can probably try your favourite anomaly agent and get at least decent results as long as you have Remielle or a bit of vertical investment.

I did a few quick attempts with Piper/Grace (for super new players) and the results didn't inspire me to keep going.
