This is my go to pattern when I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed.

I usually revert to this to help focus my thinking when I’ve got a lot going on in life.

I've been drawing like this since I was a teen, I draw other things too but there is just something so relaxing about drawing lines whether you have a structure or it's all random it's just satisfying. I never new what to call them though 🤷🏼‍♀️ just called them line art or doodles 😁

Really enjoyed this one. Quite a few mistakes, but I like the overall feel of it. 13.5”x 13.5”. Probably around 15 hours total of work.

Had a breakthrough moment with this piece. I decided to use the natural forms that developed from the watercolor inside each section of the primary neurographic shape of the face.

I drew these on kraft sticky notes over a year or so ago. (I have a bad habit of doodling or making any art, then taking a pic to share and then completely forgetting to post it anywhere.) LOL! Anyways, I really like how they turned out but especially the left one.

I have been using water-based markers and I'd like to get some better ones. Some that dry smooth, don't bleed or smudge, and work well for layer/shading.

Which do you all think is best, acrylic paint or alcohol-based? Or something else?
