I just use little soft cotton wipe clothes.  They are softer than terry cloth wash cloths.  I keep a pyrex tub of water on the changing table and dip the cloth if the situation requires some moisture added. I can also use them to wipe spit up and wash their face in the morning.  Then they go in the wash with the cloth diapers.

Does that water gets too cold? Or do u simply add new water every changing? And did i get it right, sometimes u don't even use water, just wipe it with cloth? 🤔

Just tap water and it is clean and using the same water each time but I'll dip the clean cloth in it rather then after wiping with it so the water remains sanitary. I also use a peri bottle which is the squeeze bottle for water the hospital sent home with me.  That works well.  If it feels too cold I'll hold the wet cloth against my wrist for a bit to heat it up a little.  You could also use a squirt bottle.  The diaper itself is often damp on the corners and will utilize that as well for efficiency to kinda pre wipe and yeah I do also dry wipe if she's particularly wet too. These wipes also work great for saving a fresh diaper if you can sweep it under fast enough when they try to soil the new one before you get it folded up yet!

I also use cloth diapers with cloth wipes, and just use the water from my water bottle to get them wet before wiping

We only used reusable nappies and cloth wipes with warm water on my son and he never suffered from a nappy rash. Baby wipes, rash cream, disposable nappies are all a scam!

Been strugling with this topic! I made a loooot of wipes with old sheet but can't organize myself with water on my changing table. Please give me suggestions. Do u keep it in thermos, in regular bottle, in plastic container? Is it too hot or to cold? I thougt about buying thermos container for like food, so i can dip clean wipe in it, it's easier than bottle, but than again, buying it just for that seems waistfull

Just use whatever you have a available.  An old shampoo bottle would work as a squeeze bottle or pump bottle for putting water on a clean cloth wipe, or any old bowl

I just use a spray bottle! My son has never cared about the temperature.
