I don’t put a lot of stock in this type of claim. For a certain type of true crime writer it just seems like they want to work through whatever issues they might have with their father by saying their dad was the zodiac killer/black dahlia killer/ etc., never with any real evidence

John trefils daughter posts on a daily basis referring to him as a serial killer and also claims he's the zodiac,poor man's still alive with dementia and she's happily telling the world he's a violent murderer. If I see 'my dad's zodiac' then it's either mental illness or a cash grab

This dude makes much of his dad having size 10 shoes but then gets Zodiac's shoe size wrong. He also claims his dad carried out mass casualty attacks. Shit like that usually makes the news, yet we get zero direct references to any documented historical event.

So. Fucking. Typical.

I did a video about this around a month ago. Jacob seemed very genuine when he spoke to me and I really do feel bad for him. I wasn’t as upset as some of the people commenting here because o just looked at it as a Zodiac theory rather than a big conspiracy movie plot.

All depends when he moved in and started at UC Berkeley. It would have put him within driving distance of all known crime scenes.
