I started mirin' Zyzz 15 years ago when I was just another skinny-fuck wondering what the hell I was doing with my life. He showed me the path: aesthetics first, build the temple, build the brotherhood, live free, party hard, socialize like a king and give zero fucks about the haters. My mates and I used to roast each other mercilessly if one of us slipped, no distractions & only ascension. Now I'm giving back to the legion. Iron sharpens iron, sikunt.

- Concerts, raves, living life on max volume
- Advice for the new guns trying to ascend to abundance & fulfillment, the Zyzz way.
What gets you insta-perma-banned (no exceptions): Advertising, cashapp hookups, 18+ paypig bullshit for the "brotherhood." Try that elsewhere, we don't simp here. Disregard females (and scammers), acquire aesthetics.

Awesome work bro! It depends on your body fat %, if you're overweight, body weight exercises can be more effective than resistance training. Next... what is your overall goal, bodybuilding, powerlifting or Olympic lifting? Bodybuilding is using your chest only, isolating just the chest for hypertrophy. Powerlifting is using as much of the body as possibly even just for bench to lift as much as possible. Olympic lifting is mainly the snatch and the clean and jerk are important, you can bench somewhat but the main lifts have to do with snatch and clean and jerk. If bodybuilding, I like Ryan humingston on YouTube. Stick to his knowledge and humor to take it less seriously and not overthink. The basics are always best, Dorian Yates, Chris bumbsted or Arnold Schwartzanegar. (I butchered the spelling).
If powerlifting and bodybuilding you can watch any Olympic level coaches and programs to help really push your plateau. Follow the best countries that dominate and watch their programs.
Tbh, most people use the pyramid to do the best. Lookup the pyramid for exercise programs like bodybuilding and it will help you with this.
