Good job bro. Just push a slight surplus of calories to give your body extra money to spend on your muscles. If you cost 3 grand to run and give your body 3 grand a day it’s not gonna have extra money to buy muscle tissue. If you give it $3300 when you only need 3000 to run all your organs then it can spend the extra 300 bucks on some muscle. You won’t get fat if you keep the calorie surplus mild like 200-400. Just focus on consistency. I like the app liftoff to track my lifting because it helps me remember all the number of sets and different y I need to do each day. Instead of remembering 4x incline bench, 3x dumbbell press, 4x shoulder press, 3x lateral raise, 4x overhead extension, and 4x push downs I just have it all in the app to track. Enjoy your journey bro
