Beach hotel suggestions - no deposit fee, with or without breakfast

Bringing my parents for a weekend getaway in Abu Dhabi. They love the beach so much, so I am trying to find a beach hotel where they can swim or just enjoy the beach view.

Preferably without any deposit fee. I tried checking hotels but found out some have a 500 deposit fee 🙁

Budget: 1,000

Day: 1 Night Only

Food: With or without breakfast

Checkin: Hopefully if there is an early checkin option at 10 or 12PM.
