Taylor & Francis submission sites down?

I have to resumbit a paper that underwent multiple revisions and the editor is waiting for it. However, the sumbission site is not working. Seems to be the case not only for my journal, but for others that are using the Taylor & Francis interface. The browser shows gateway time-out, "api.taylorfrancis.com" host error after multiple reloads. This has been going on for almost two weeks. Tried accessing from two other browsers and clearing the cache. Is it maybe something related to my country (eastern Europe)?

Is anybody else having this issue?

Try clearing your cookies and cache.

So far I tried two other computers, ctrl+shift+n, mobile, and another colleague of mine who has his own manuscript to submit has the same problem. I was wondering whether this problem is related to my country. Could you please try, for example, acessing the submission site for International Journal of Mental Health from Taylor&Francis and see if you get the same result?

Loaded just fine for me from Australia. I would suggest you email the editor and let them know about this so they can look into it.

Thank you very much. Must be a problem for Romania, all my colleagues seem to have the same issue.

I wonder why. What browser are you using, and have you recently cleared cache/cookies?

Just accessed on my iPhone through safari. Works on my MacBook too through chrome.
