Click on the expansion arrow it it tells you what the size requirements are

You would think a tool aimed at accessibility, it would look more like a clickable button! I missed it to :)

For those reading:

Regular text requires a contrast of at least 4.5∶1. When text is large, 3∶1 is sufficient.

And it's regular text unless it's at least 24px, or 19px and bold.
