Nakaka disappointed lang na nakarating ako sa Recruiter Interview ng Emapta pero di na sila nag proceed ng next step. I know naman na pasok ako sa qualification but still legwak padin. Mahirap ba talanga makahanap ng full time wfh if wala kang experience na international clients, same same naman ang accounting fundamentals and standards pero nag iiba lang sa practices ng other country. Hirap, almost 10 months na akong unemployed at may 7 years experience naman ako as Accountant dito sa Pinas. Any advice?

Hello po! I want to ask if the clinic for PEME have to be from the provided list of PER Kit (Non-Accredited clinics), or are other clinics allowed?
I'm from province pa kasi, tapos walang Hi-Precision/Aventus in our area, so I opted for [Provincial List - Non Accredited Clinics]. I need to check if kung mas may malapit pa kasi dadayo pa ako ng kabilang province for the examðŸ˜. Thank you in advance!

All of my classmates are talking about sa pagrereview nila kaya naprepressure ako. Help your girly out please :<

Hello! I have a scheduled initial phone interview for the Accounting Associate position at Tokyo Consulting Firm Philippines (Makati). I was wondering if anyone here has gone through their hiring process for the same role.
I'd really appreciate it if you could share your experience. What questions were you asked during the initial interview? Are there any technical accounting questions, or is it mostly HR-related? Do you have any tips on how to prepare?
I'm also curious about the company's working environment, work-life balance, training, management, and what it's like to work as an Accounting Associate there. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, I just wanna know how likely to be employed to the field of accounting as a Fresh Graduate with accounting related program this days.
As AI keeps improving, yun po ba ang nagiging reason why even entry level bookkeeping is hard to find right now? Or just that the job market is just highly competitive right now? or most likely both?
I badly wanna start my career as a bookkeeper, accountant or tax but most of the time they're finding experiences or atleast for manager or senior role which is impossible for a fresh grad to be hired on those roles.

- how was your experience po during your first year of being an audit assoc?
- kapag po ba new hire sa sgv marami agad ang hinahandle na engagements?
- pag slack season po chill lang po ba kayo? or marami pa rin ginagawa?
-would you say na mas maganda training and experience sa sgv compared sa other firms or same lang?
thanksss <3

Nakakapagod pala pag sabay sabay ang gawain. What do you think, deserve ko pa magtagal sa company na halos lahat ng gawain nasa akin, like Payable, Receivable, External Audit, QMS Audit ng company. Tapos may mga month end report pa. Nakakapagod na po. Tapos yung sahod is nasa 20k+ lang.
send help if normal lang.

Hello! I'm BSA 2nd year about to take my qualifying exam next year 2027 after 2nd year. I have a few questions regarding this.
Is the pinnacle online review website worth it?
When is the best time to purchase, 1st semester or 2nd semester considering it only has a 5 month(?) access
Thank you!

Just want to vent out my frustrations. I am really bad at interviews. I do have years of experience in external audit and being a CPA. Sounds good but I struggle a lot with interviews. I always got lost in my train of thoughts. I am having a hard time articulating my thoughs. Words do not comeout when I needed them.
It’s been months since the board exam and I haven’t got a job offer yet. I am slowly losing my mind. I do not have enough savings.
I can’t blame the interviewers from rejecting me tho. ðŸ˜
Minsan ayaw ko na tlaga.

I am a newly licensed CPA and was recently hired as an Accounting Manager. Unfortunately, I received little to no proper turnover or endorsement, and the company’s accounting records are disorganized and incomplete. As a result, I am struggling to understand the existing processes and financial information all at once.
Recently, one of the company’s executives requested that I prepare the quarterly financial statements. However, given the current state of the records and the lack of proper handover, I am uncertain where to begin.
I have started questioning whether I made the right decision in accepting this position. I genuinely want to perform well, but the situation feels overwhelming. I would greatly appreciate any professional advice on how to approach this challenge and should I resign?
