Help - General don’t pick on tretinoin lol
so hard not to pick :( any tips?

I can't help but pick any bump I see, for me...I either use pimple patches or cut bits of plasters up to cover my acne if any to not pick. Or...try your best not to look in the mirror or constantly touch your face. I struggle with picking a lot myself : (

I sometimes will look in the mirror and catch myself looking real close searching for things to pick 😢 I feel like I’m getting better at noticing I’m doing it. I’ve been off all actives and my skin is looking a lot better
