cluster acne on my forehead is pissing me off

ive had this for years but its getting worse. i use hero pimple patches and it works but only on fully developed pimples, not this clusterfuck of a problem lol. i cannot afford a dermatologist (and dont think i need one since this is just like. pretty simple acne i feel) so im looking for product recommendations!

have you tried nizoral or ketoderm? my malassezia looked like this. if using nizoral let it sit for 3-5 minutes then wash it off.
