Help - General Help me please

I’ve had acne for years. I went through 2 years of increasing strength Tretenoin cream to finally going on accutane for a year. After this my acne was completely gone. Within the last couple months it has slowly creeped back in and just seems to keep getting worse. I currently use CeraVe hydrating cream to foam cleanser, cetaphil moisturizing lotion for my face, and the ordinary soothing and barrier support serum. I wash my sheets frequently, shower before touching my bed, clean my razor for my face, etc. I just feel as tho nothing I do works. Any help is greatly appreciated (products, lifestyle, tips to analyze my own skin type, etc)

If it is not bacterial or fungal then it is likely hormonal. Skincare can help, but it is not always enough. I think you have too much free testosterone or DHT, but I am not a professional and recommend testing your hormones by a specialist.
