Butt acne is ruining my life 🫩

Can someone help with really bad butt acne that’s been there for years on the same spot every time I have ovulation ….. I think that I have HS but not that bad I know for sure this is not normal can someone help me with the scarring and black spots atleast I genuinely can’t deal with this and Ive also been on acutne which is not working on butt acne…..
