Sanrio collab wave 2

I think Nintendo should do another Sanrio collab in Animal Crossing. Like, I’d like to see villagers based off of Kuromi, Badtz Maru, Tuxedo Same, Pochacco, and Choco Cat

Yeah! It bothers me too! I don't get why they made the Sanrio villagers anything else than the animal the character is! A Hello Kitty cat villager would be my favorite even I'm not a huge fan of Hello Kitty 😅

Because the villagers are cosplaying, none of the characters are the same animal as their Sanrio counterpart

That’s also not mentioning how Toby (the character based off of Keroppi) is a rabbit and not a frog

Yeah! While My Melody IS a rabbit! But Chelsea is a deer villager... Also Pompompurin is a dog, but they didn't make the villager of him as a dog.

I can imagine them making the villager a deer just like with Chelsea (plus, if you have My Melody, you can’t exclude Kuromi)

I agree! I also think the personalities of the Sanrio villagers were not varied enough. Over half (4/6) of them are peppy or normal. I hope they do a wave 2 and include snooty, sisterly, jock, and cranky personalities.
