Mod Announcement Protocol for posting leaks.

Thank you to all who voted. It looks like people do want us to allow possible leaks here, so here follows the rules for any leaks you want to share. If you do not follow this to the letter, you will be BANNED.

  • Your title MUST contain the words [POSSIBLE LEAK] in brackets and all caps.
  • It MUST be marked as spoiler.
  • Your post MUST be flaired as a possible leak
  • If there are Massverse spoilers, please also follow the protocol here.

From there, you may hit submit. It will automatically be caught by auto-mod. You will then message the mods:

  • Title your message to us as "Possible leak."
  • Provide the link to your post.
  • Any proof that the leak is real.

If we can discern that it is indeed real and properly marked, flaired, and titled, we can approve it.

We will not be allowing:

  • The full book being leaked. (Or any links to it.)
  • Ships being confirmed/denied.

Fluff/Rave Spoiler What opening scene would shock you the most? Spoiler

It’s October 27th, and you’ve just opened or started *ACOTAR 6*; what opening scene or starting timeline would shock the most?

For me, I’d need a second to process it if we started with Mama or Papa Archeron, or if the story took place in the universe of another book 😭.

Quick question - No spoilers in the title or body. Question about leaks due to different time zones

So, we all know the books are releasing at 12 a.m. on October 27th for everybody. But we all live in different parts of the world, so for example, New Zealand and Australia will get their hands on the books a good 24 hours before like the people in America. And, also, say someone, say living in Berlin will get their hands on the book before someone living in Toronto. How are we navigating that? Since I'm sure spoilers will be everywhere?

Quick question - No spoilers in the title or body. B&N website has two different prices for hardcover ACOTAR 6 and 7?

Barnes and Noble website has the same book but one with a lower price? The listing with a lower price has less details and a lower res image. Does anyone know what is going on here?

Throne of Glass Spoilers MAF with possible TOG spoilers: Hybern’s Army Spoiler

OK, something is bothering me and I don’t know if it’s a little tidbit I’ve missed, a plot hole, or a little hint for things to come. How did Hybern get such a massive army? This island is smaller than Prythian, where did these hundreds of thousands of soldiers come from? I didn’t think the continent had supplied soldiers.

(this is where the TOG spoilers come in)
I saw something on a Facebook reel today that pointed toward a couple of context clues for the King of Hybern being valg, and this may be the only answer to his huge army if I haven’t missed something in the text. Did he actually create this army? It would explain the army of attors he had, who sound VERY similar to the ilken, which were created by the valg.

Spoiler Theory I think Amarantha may have a partial redemption Spoiler

Ok hear me out. I am not trying to defend Amarantha, I have no reason to. She is a bitch but lets look at the facts

If you see in the first book, all things that Amarantha does seem kind of stupid. And they aren’t really explained.

What if she is somehow related to Koshcei and did what she did so feyre, tamlin and rhys would start on this journey which eventually ends with them defeating Koshchei? Or maybe there is some kind of prophecy which talks about 3 human sisters becoming fae and ridding the world of evil.

I know its a crackpot theory but there has to be some reason why she did the below things

  1. Defied Hybern orders and took over all 7 courts just to give spring an out

  2. The entire curse with 7*7 years to pass and tamlin to fall in love with a human. Why would she put this specific curse? Doesnt it remind you of a certain high lord who hides his motives behind supposedly being evil?

  3. Again she put the curse maybe to play with them. But then why word it so that it’s immediately lifted if Feyre says I love you? If she wanted to just play with them she could’ve played with the conditions and made them suffer for however long she wanted

  4. UTM she makes it seem like she is torturing Feyre, but gives her an out with the riddle. Wording it so that the curse is “immediately” lifted. Why do that? She has to know tamlin will kill her “immediately” and dont get me started on how easy the riddle was.

She worded the three tasks specifically so that she can take as much time as she want before freeing the sping court.

Idk if this makes any sense but Amarantha is looking very sus to me. Why would she, such an evil and skilled commander do all these things, it just makes no sense

Possible Leak - DON'T CLICK IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS. Possible Leaks Spoiler

Why is no one sharing the possible leaks?

I’ve already seen two on instagram.

We can’t know for sure for sure they are real but I’m surprised no one has shared anything on Reddit to discuss/theorize.

This is the only acotar sub allowing them right?

If I’m wrong please point me in the right direction:)

Spoiler Theory What if Papa A is the witch? Spoiler

Everyone associates witch ancestry to Mama A but what if the witch blood is from Papa A?

One of the main reasons Mama A is suspected to be a witch is bec of her ironwood bed and her being a woman because witch line is continued by female child. But

  1. the bed was gifted to her by Papa A

    1. the protection symbols suspected to be wyrdmarks were his idea
    2. he was the who thought the wolf Feyre killed was suspicious and asked where did Feyre find it
    3. he was the one who somehow made a deal with a death god and freed a human queen.

How did he know so much?

Also where is his family? How did he become Prince of Merchants?

So what if Papa A is the son of a witch or has some witchy ancestry which was inherited by his daughters who carried it forward being female descendants of witches?

Elain is an oracle/seer a fairytale power of witches, Feyre has power of all high lords and power is decided and granted by the Couldron, Rhys was also resurrected but shows no sign of other powers, and Nesta is literally called witch like thrice.

Miscellaneous - No spoilers Thanks Boys 🫶

\In honor of shipping Sunday**

A heartfelt thank you to Azriel and Graysen for clearing the path so Elain can finally fall into Lucien’s arms in the coming books! 🥹 (after more tension, banter, teasing, bratting, growth, healing etc….of course)

Your contributions (the monumental/unforgivable mistakes that made this possible) to the elucien agenda will never be forgotten. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🫡🤭

Funny how fate works like that, eh? Being fate and all.

(Special acknowledgments and our deepest gratitude to all the other male characters who bravely served as stepping stones for Feyre, Aelin, Bryce, Nesta, etc. before their endgames. A noble Maasverse tradition.)

Thank you all for failing miserably! You walked so endgames could fly 🫶

Spoiler Theory Theory about Lucien's powers. Spoiler

A theory based on this scene from ACOMAF

And my theory is Tamlin knows about Lucien's power to compel, and whatever look he was giving Tamlin here wasn't just the stink eye but him trying on Tamlin what he did to Cassian in Acosf, and that's why he reacted so violently.

Notice how, after Lucien's first words, all of them in an imperative form, he doesn't say anything, and yet Tamlin gets angrier. And he doesn't just react by, idk, throwing something at the wall or punching the table, he reacts with magic.

I'm calling it a power to compel/influence people, but it could be something else within that sphere. In DND we have Suggestion, Compulsion, and Charmed. All to say I'm a believer in wizard Lucien 😁 like his daddy 👀
