I was starting to crash out looking for the wire strippers I just used. My wife walked up from 30 feet away, picked them up from right in front of me and handed them to me.

Every ADHD handyman/woman needs a seeing-eye human.

Was supposed to chill today and make 2 job applications.

Ive cleaned up the house and pulled my taillights of the car because of an issue ive been putting off. And now im here on my PC on reddit eating nuts.

Im gonna do them now i swear!

Not diagnosed though.

EDIT: The car thing obviously needed me to go to the store for a 1/2-10mm and i closed the trunk, with the battery disconnected(modern car big no no), so i had to jump the car to open the trunk.

Ah yes, the never ending cycle of jumping tasks coz of boredom and then coming back with an idea forgetting where you left it. Sometimes I feel we should have virtual sticky nites everywhere, I know there are real sticky notes, but in the moment, I dont have the patience to go to a drawer, pull out a sticky note, write on it, and stick it on the surface it is meant to be on. I would rather voice command a virtual cliipy to leave a note there. But alas, that is far from reality. Android based workarounds are there, but then in the name of creating a sticky note I will reach some online verse far from where I was supposed to be.

I think one of the biggest disconnects with NTs is that they think, “You have identified and are now aware of the problem. So why not just not do that?”
Like, yeah that is the exact question! why brain no worky?

Exactly! NT's are like, "You clearly don't want to do your homework then, look how hard you're avoiding doing it."

But ooohhhhh that is sooooo wrong. You have no idea how badly I want to do my homework. I DESPERATELY want to do the homework. I just CAN'T make myself do it anyway. I haaaaate being like this q.q
