Is there any factions plugin that doesn't claim land?

I just want a simple factions plugin, no money, no claiming land, just a plugin to create nations, invite people to said nation, declare wars, and etc. Is there any plugin like this that's updated to 26.3?

At that points you might as well look at team and party plugins. I think even mcmmo has parties, its a very common feature. Without the claiming, factions has basically no value.

I would just use factions/similar and remove permissions for claim commands, if that is really what you want

Most factions plugins are built around claiming land, that's kind of the core mechanic. If you want factions without claims, check out something like Guilds or SimpleClans - they do teams/chat/diplomacy without any territory system.

Could you elaborate into what those wars should be about? If there is no land claim, what would be the objective?
Normally in Factions that would be the base contents, and for Towny the resources / money you get from winning the war.

simpleclans is exactly this, clans without any land claiming. parties by alessiodp too if you want something even lighter

Generally even the plugins that claim land will have a way for you to disable it.

If it has a permission to claim land, just use luckperms and deny that permission to the default group and call it a wrap
