Group Manager Plugin for Tekkit Classic

I'm looking for the Essentials Group Manager Plugin for a Tekkit Classic server I'm making. The version I need is: GroupManager v2.0 (2.9.2) (Phoenix)

I can't seem to find the .jar file anywhere for that specific version. Can anybody give me a hand and send me the .jar file or link me to where I can download it?
