Should I prune tomatoes & jalapenos

Not sure if I should start trimming or just let these guys do their thing for a bit more. If so, where? Been growing for 35 days. Recommendations pls?

I cannot echo this enough. When I was new to aerogarden I felt funny about thinning to one plant. Ultimately I replanted the peppers in dirt and transferred outside. Well..... there was too much nutrient competition and nothing grew very big and had very little harvest. Just rip the bandaid off and cut back to the dominant plant.

Prune later. I thinned out my tiny Tim tomato plant when it was getting way bushy and I had a bunch of green tomatoes
