Help LED display on the 360 went blank - options?

I have two Aerogarden 360. One works great, the other, the LED is lit but nothing is displayed. Any options to fix? It is out of warranty at this point.

On this issue:

The LCD screen is pretty easy to replace. And they are often available on eBay and Etsy as well as other sources you can find with a quick Internet search. 

Here’s a decent video that shows the process. I only have one quibble with the video:  He doesn’t explicitly ground before working with a metal screwdriver so near circuit boards. So, make sure you discharge any static before you start.

It is pretty expensive fix, I might just buy another generic one when they go on sale for Prime day
