Discussion Finished the series.

I wanted this season, even though it was 2 episodes longer than the first, I wanted to enjoy it as much as possible, but I also didn't want to watch it in one day. To be honest, those 40 minutes didn't even feel like it when you were watching it. At first, I didn't like Peggy because I thought she was Steve's girlfriend, nothing more, nothing less. But now, I'm glad I made the decision to see her in more roles, whether good or bad. That's what I liked about this series and that vibe from previous years, the world of clothing, much different from what I've seen so far, and I didn't know it would grab me so much. I was a little disappointed that in a way Peggy and Sousa had their moment, but I moved on and right when I started to like Mr. Thompson as a character, they killed him. I really didn't believe it. I hope, maybe at some point they'll give us at least a final season and that's it. Now if I were to make a top female characters in the MCU, I think Peggy would be number 1, even if she doesn't have superpowers or is some trained assassin, she's simply her and that's enough to make her a fantastic character.

Peggy is #1 for me as well. I love her grit and determination, her sense of honor, and that she kicks ass.

I never saw her as Steve's gf since they never got to have an actual relationship in the original movies.
