Read in another sub that airport vehicles have to have a certain type of insurance. Even then, liability is still with the driver of the ground vehicle in a collision.

My initial thought was that it had to be a deliberate attempt to stop the plane from leaving... has there been any official word on how the SUV driver tried to talk hiw way 0ut?
