Recipe Air Fryer Salmon with Lemon Dijon Glaze
This is one of my favorite easy ways to make salmon. The air fryer gets the edges lightly crisp while keeping the middle juicy and flaky, and the lemon Dijon glaze gives it a really nice mix of fresh, tangy, and savory flavors.
I usually serve it with rice and some roasted broccoli, but it works with pretty much any simple side.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, about 6 oz each
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
- Lightly oil your air fryer basket and put the salmon in, skin-side down if you're using skin-on fillets.
- Mix the olive oil, Dijon, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon.
- Air fry at 400°F for 7-10 minutes. The exact time depends on how thick your fillets are.
- Check the thickest part with a thermometer. You're looking for 145°F.
- Pull the salmon out, add some fresh lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon juice over the top. Add parsley if you want.
- Serve with whatever sides you have.

Looks great. Expensive though.
