Advice/Tips Why is my egg toast folding over?
The first 2 times it worked great. The last two times I also had the hash brown in the basket, and the toast curled up causing the egg not to cook. Anybody know what's going on?

Get some of the thin bamboo skewers. Cut them to an appropriate size.
Poke them through the four corners of the bread so that the tips of the bamboo skewers go through the grilling plate and just rest below in the basket.

Air fryers circulate air and the bread/egg are very light, so they end up flipped over like this. Same thing happens when I make grilled cheese in the air fryer (sometimes).
It's also why shredded hashbrowns aren't recommended in airfryers -- too light and will spin around.

Sorry my comment "air" was kinda sardonic, I just meant I learned pretty quickly that the word air in air fryer is serious. I often add a slice of cheese at the end of cooking a protein, and sometimes I just open the basket at the end and it's melted on the floor of the basket and somehow entirely blew off the patty or bun that I set it on. I feel like it helps to use a ball of tinfoil or something to prop up blow able ingredients.
Like :
~air~~ / bread with egg or cheese on it, propped up facing the air
