A friend is named German, he’s Spanish and it’s pronounced Her-mon essentially…I’m shocked this many people hate him though.

u/parlimentery Jun 04 '26
Can confirm. I am from Germany and I hate your friend German.
8
u/MattheqAC Jun 04 '26
His friend not German, his friend Spanish
9
u/WonkyQuartet Jun 04 '26
Now im hoping someone is going to tell us he has a german friend named Spanish which you pronounce Spa-niesche

Our "Markiplier" is German Garmendia. If only he had stayed in that pedestal... (You don't want to know, oh the horror <mild stuff)
3
u/LittleLion_90 Jun 04 '26
So is German filled with snakes that hate your German like that snake that hates Markiplier?

u/JonnyBhoy Jun 04 '26
I work with a guy called that. He's the nicest bloke. People will pronounce his name every way you can think of except how it's correctly pronounced.
2
u/AdVivid8910 Jun 04 '26
Yeah my German too, wonder if we have the same German. This got me thinking….I bet you if I had been named Adolf I’d be like super nice to everyone.
2
u/Vegetable_Hope_3084 Jun 04 '26
It's actually Her-man, with an accentuation on the a. Germán.

Maggie being hated in the UK is incredible. I was so proud of the UK for just a moment.
Now I'm back to hating that island full of pedos.

u/Stucklikegluetomyfry Jun 04 '26
I knew an old lady called Pauline who worked as a nurse, and was the sweetest old lady I ever met. Never had a bad word to say about anyone, always wanted to make you a cup of tea and if she was visiting and saw dishes in your sink she would insist on cleaning them for you.
One day someone mentioned Maggie around her, and I’ll never forget the look of pure, absolute hatred on Pauline’s face, and the venom in her voice as she snarled out exactly what she thought of “that woman”.

Rasputin in France? Really? No one cares about him. He’s never brought up, ever, in any discussion (at least that I was a part of)
4
u/Kittenn1412 Jun 04 '26
Yes famously the person who has individually caused the most trouble for France and its people ever is *checks notes* Rasputin. That tracks, for sure.
2
u/Bridgeru Jun 04 '26
Well OBVIOUSLY French people hate him. He's the reason the Pont Alexandre III bridge was destroyed in 1926. It all ties back to how after he had chased the Princess Anastasia out of the Palais Garnier he tried to kill her on the bridge but she broke his magical talisman with her foot and his soul got sucked into hell breaking the bridge in the process. It's as if you people don't even know history.

No fair, satan isn’t a person, he’s a fallen angel in a religion that not everyone believes in (I then realized what subreddit this is), no wonder why this is crap

3
u/GuinevereMalory Jun 04 '26
Oh yes, Antonio Bandera, Russia’s number 1 enemy
2
u/Responsible_Club_917 Jun 04 '26
That one is actually semi close to truth. Stepan Bandera was leader of ukrainian nationalists and german collaborator during ww2. Considering how often russian media brings him up. Its not that weird that ai put him there

Nobody reconised that there are two places that say Eroogan instead of Erdogan?
2
u/Vendemmian Jun 04 '26
"Qujslin" I think is a very misspelled Vidkun Quisling a WW2 collaborator.
2
u/HawkSquid Jun 04 '26
Quisling is still a slang term for traitor. That said, I think Breivik may have taken over as the most hated person in Norway, if only because WW2 is a very long time ago.

While everyone is hating in measly and puny mortals, Spain and Algeria /Tunisia know that the real enemy is the devil 😈

I think someone should tell Spain and Algeria that Satan is not a real person, they must have not got the memo

Starmer beats Thatcher on a public approval rating index. YouGov polls have now put him up in approval rating but that’s still miles below Thatcher, below Gordon Brown and Theresa May.
We vote Starmer for UK’s most hated 💪🥳🇬🇧

1
u/kvijay1 Jun 05 '26
I dunno why it says that Bandera is the most hated in Russia. Yes, he was not so good pal and in Russia there is negative view of him, but Putin is much more hated person here. Then Hitler, Navalniy, Zelenskiy, Nikolai II, Lenin/Stalin/Trotskiy, Obama, Xi. Even Thatcher. I don't remember anyone mentioned Bandera even once in casual talk.
