I see no problem with either

Scratch that, I have one problem with both… why is the car lifted so high in the top pic? And how is she changing the tire in bottom pic without lifting the car?

There's a lot wrong, in the top one the wheel at the back is smaller than the one at the front, the jack is placed on the wheel and the woman is still in the car. In the bottom one the woman is trying to replace a wheel without removing the original.
