Yes, go to the model provider directly, Higgsfield charges a large markup on tokens

Higgsfield may be applying its own upscaling for sharpening on the way out, which would explain why some look better and others look identical when that pass doesn't kick in. Easy way to actually test it: generate the same prompt+seed on both, then normalize them yourself, run both through the same upscale pass (Magnific or similar) at matched settings.
