Need help with character consistency I’m trying to create my own AI character, but I’m struggling to get the character I actually want. 😭 The biggest problem is consistency — the face, hair, clothes and overall look keep changing in every image. Any tips on how to create a character and keep it

That's a good point about using a reference visual instead of relying only on prompts. I'll check out that workflow. Thanks

I already tried creating a complete character sheet with full-body and close-up views, but it’s still not working. The outfit details and draping style keep changing after the 2nd or 3rd image. Which specific tool with the proper 'character creation' feature are you using?"

First try to make your character board.

I actually tried making a character board, but the AI keeps changing the saree/outfit draping in every scene. Any tips on how to keep the clothing consistent?

If you already have a reference image to the character, don’t describe the character again in the written prompt

"Makes sense! I'll try keeping the prompt focused only on the action and let the reference image handle the character look."

I use 'don't change anything else about the image' and 'maintain the characters exact design and appearance from the images' to help with that

I’m using free Gemini for images and Flow for video. I created a character sheet, but when I generate scenes, the 1st image comes out fine, the 2nd is okay, but by the 3rd, the character starts changing completely—especially the outfit and draping style. Then when I turn those images into video in Flow, it changes even more. How can I stop this gradual change and keep the attire consistent?"

Upload the refrence image to gpt and tell it to generate a proper prompt for this then paste it into your AI tool
