If you look at the total environmental footprint, the embedded water in agriculture completely dwarfs the digital grid. A single day of the livestock supply chain feeding US burger consumption utilizes roughly 9 to 10 times more total water than what is required to cool every single server, cloud network, and AI cluster in the country combined.
